The Hearach Oloroso Whiskey in the Park

The Hearach Oloroso Cask Matured is the second whisky expression from the Isle of Harris Distillery, released in September 2024. This lightly peated (12-15ppm) Hebridean single malt is matured entirely in first-fill oloroso sherry butts sourced directly from Bodega Jose y Miguel Martin in Andalusia, and is bottled at 46% ABV with no added colour and non-chill-filtered. Look for winter-spice aromas of cinnamon, orange peel, and clove alongside walnut and fireside wood smoke.
