Lost Republic Single Barrel Bourbon - Whiskey Walk 2026

Lost Republic Single Barrel is a cask-strength straight bourbon from Lost Republic Distilling in Healdsburg, in the heart of Sonoma County. Each bottle comes from one selected barrel of their high-rye bourbon, aged about three years. Expect lemon, cherry, hibiscus and cinnamon on the nose, a rich palate of vanilla, caramel and biscuit with a crème brûlée sweetness, and a long, warming finish.

ABV: approx. 58% (116 proof); varies by barrel
