A cask-strength limited edition from Highland Park, Heather celebrates the distillery's prized Orkney peat cut from Hobbister Moor, where centuries of heather have infused the moss with a distinctly floral smoke. Made with 100% Orkney peated barley and matured in first-fill European and American sherry-seasoned oak alongside select refill casks, it noses with bonfire smoke, vanilla pods, and brandy butter. The palate is rich and oily, with creamy marshmallow and macadamia offset by peppery spice and floral smokiness, finishing on vanilla sweetness and perfumed smoke.
