This small batch of just 24 barrels is mellowed and refined. A smooth, quietly complex expression rooted in tradition and craftsmanship, it offers gentle spice and creamy sweetness with hints of toasted nut and dark coffee on the finish.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Burnt Amber

Aroma: Decadent nougat drizzled with vanilla bean maple syrup, a touch of cacao, and cinnamon

Taste: Rich candied pecan and peach cobbler give way to salted almond cookie layered with Bavarian cream

Finish: Warming baking spice and candied peach lead to oak, toasted pecan, and black coffee
