Extreme Weather Warning

Prolonged exposure to extreme heat or cold (above 80 degrees, below freezing) may spoil wine. If you are shipping wine outside the West Coast and are experiencing such weather, we highly recommend choosing an expedited shipping method or requesting us to delay shipment until conditions return to normal. donsliquorsandwine.com and our shipping carriers are not responsible for wine being spoiled during transit and weather related spoilage is not covered by the shipping company insurance.

Adult Signature Required

  • All our orders require adult signature.
  • You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Orders usually ship 1-2 days after received.  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

Shipping Policy

  • The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
  • All orders placed Monday through Friday will be shipped out in 3-5 business days.
  • Orders placed on Friday after business hours, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out 3-5 business days from the following Monday
  • No shipments are delivered on Saturday or Sunday
  • We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses
  • We do not ship outside the U.S.

We ship to all states on the list below. If you place an order and the shipping address belongs to a state that is not included on our list, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order for the full amount.

By California state law, we are not allowed to accept returns. If your item was delivered damaged, incorrect, or you received the wrong product, please contact at 408-225-2991 or email us at and we will work with you to replace or fix your order.
