The Cabinet Barrel Proof is a blend of straight rye and bourbon whiskeys crafted by Proof & Wood Ventures. Each whiskey in this blend was distilled in Indiana and then aged, blended, and bottled in Kentucky. 

This yearly release is bottled at an impressive 112.48 proof and showcases some intense rye flavors, along with a sweet, caramel-forward nose complemented by nutmeg notes.

ABV: 56.26%
