Master Blender and whiskey expert Heather Greene designed this whiskey to hit a "sweet spot" in proof, but with the domineering wood compounds that too often accompany many bottl4es these days. The Very Small Batch Bourbon instead harnesses the beauty of "esters;" molecules that talented blenders look for that deliver fruits, florals, and herbs made during mashing and fermentation. This Bourbon style is the elegant, high-end sipper missing from many curated Bourbon whiskey collections.
