Buffalo Trace 'Prohibition Collection' 2025 Bourbon Whiskey Set

Buffalo Trace’s 2025 Prohibition Collection—officially the second edition of this annual release—is a spirited tribute to the distillery’s legacy during America’s Prohibition era. Back then, Buffalo Trace operated as the George T. Stagg Distillery and was one of only six distilleries legally permitted to produce medicinal whiskey. This year’s collection revives five historic labels that were once bottled under that license.

• Mirror Brook: A 100-proof bottled-in-bond blend of Kentucky Straight Whiskeys. Expect ripe cherry aroma, oak, rye spice, vanilla creaminess, and waves of chocolate.

• Very Oldest Procurable (V.O.P.): Barrel-proof and unfiltered Kentucky Straight Bourbon. It delivers bold rye spice, toasted oak, vanilla, cherry, and a warm honeyed finish.

• Anderson’s Belle: A wheated bourbon inspired by a mysterious woman featured on the original label. Soft and gentle in character, it’s designed to match the elegance of its namesake.

• Old Fashioned Mountain Corn: A throwback to traditional corn whiskey, though tasting notes remain under wraps.

• Silver Wedding Rye: A rye whiskey with a name that evokes celebration and legacy.
