The ImpEx Collection 2010 14 yo Teaninich Margaux Red Wine Barrique #721395 Whiskey in the Park

Part of the fifth annual ImpEx Collection of single-cask Scotch, this 14-year-old Highland single malt was distilled at Teaninich in 2010 and matured in a Margaux red-wine barrique (cask #721395). Bottled at cask strength from a tiny outturn of just 275 bottles, it shows notes of baked apple, citrus blossom, and toasted nuts with a long finish of golden raisins and roasted sunflower seeds.
