Filey Bay STR Finish Yorkshire Single Malt Whiskey in the Park

An English single malt from Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery, made field-to-bottle from 100% homegrown Yorkshire barley. Distilled in 2016, it matured in bourbon casks before finishing in shaved, toasted and re-charred (STR) red wine barriques sourced from Rioja in Spain. Light and floral on the palate with layers of summer berries, vanilla ice cream, orange chocolate, and toasted oak spice.
