10th Street American Triple Cask "Dragon" Whiskey in the Park

Released by San Jose's 10th Street Distillery in 2024, the Year of the Dragon, this pot-still American single malt is matured in STR casks before being finished first in wine casks and then in port casks. Non-chill-filtered, it offers a rich, aromatic nose of dried fruit, caramel, and toasted oak with hints of spice, dark chocolate, and citrus. The palate is full-bodied and intense, delivering bold toffee, dark chocolate, and roasted nuts.
