Bottled at an uncut, non-chill filtered 110 proof, this premium whiskey features a four-grain mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley. After initial maturation in charred new American oak, the liquid undergoes a specialized secondary finishing process in heavily toasted, Char-5 barrels designed to deeply caramelize the wood sugars. This meticulous technique yields a remarkably rich, viscous, and complex pour that delivers authentic campfire-inspired char characteristics without sacrificing the bourbon's underlying structural elegance.
Tasting Notes
