The GlenAllachie 2012 Cuvee Cask Finish Whiskey in the Park

A Speyside single malt from Billy Walker's GlenAllachie, distilled in 2012 and finished in casks that previously held a cuvee of premium European red wines. The wine influence delivers a rich, layered profile: orange blossom, espresso and maraschino cherry on the nose, with dark chocolate, redcurrant, almond and orange zest across the palate, closing on ginger, liquorice and recognizable French oak tannins. Bottled at 48% ABV, non-chill-filtered and natural color.
