Ohishi Port Cask Finish Whiskey in the Park

A Japanese whisky from the family-run Ohishi Distillery in Kumamoto, distilled from rice and matured along the fast-flowing Kuma River. After aging in a combination of sherry and brandy casks, it is finished in old port casks, lending rich, fruity character with notes of stewed dark fruit, chocolate, vanilla, and lithe red wine. A limited release that earned a Double Gold (97 points) at the 2025 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
