Nc'nean Huntress Malted Teacake Whiskey in the Park

A limited-edition organic Highland single malt from Nc'nean Distillery on the west coast of Scotland, part of the experimental Huntress series. A fermentation-driven release using Anchor, Fermentis and Belgian Ale yeasts, it is matured in a mix of STR red wine, ex-bourbon and a touch of oloroso sherry casks. Malty and grain-forward with notes of baked cake, hot buttered toast, fig marmalade and a crisp orchard-fruit acidity. Made with 100% organic Scottish barley at a B-Corp, renewable-powered distillery.
