Isle of Harris gin Whiskey in the Park

Isle of Harris Gin is hand-distilled in a small copper still known as "The Dotach" at the distillery in Tarbert, in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland. Built on nine botanicals led by juniper and locally hand-harvested Sugar Kelp seaweed, it carries a dry maritime note alongside bright citrus and floral character. Bottled at 45% ABV in the distillery's distinctive ripple-textured sea-blue bottle, each one sealed by hand with a cork-and-wood stopper.
