Indri Agneya Whiskey in the Park

Indri Agneya is a peated Indian single malt from Piccadily Distillery in Haryana, whose name means "belonging to fire" in Sanskrit. Made from Indian six-row barley kilned to roughly 25ppm with peat sourced from Scotland, the whisky is matured separately in first-fill bourbon, Pedro Ximenez, and oloroso sherry casks before marrying. Expect chocolate and vanilla on the nose giving way to mango, ripe banana, and rich toffee, finished with a warm wisp of dried peat smoke.
