Hinterhaus Trapper's Oath Extra Aged Rye (21 YO) Whiskey in the Park

Trapper's Oath is an extra-aged rye whiskey from Hinterhaus Distilling, a husband-and-wife craft operation set at 4,000 feet in Arnold, California, in the Stanislaus National Forest. The 21-year-old expression is sourced from Canadian whiskey of roughly 53% rye and 47% corn, then given additional maturation at altitude in ex-bourbon casks that previously held stout beer. Released in 2025 as the fourth and final bottling of the 21-year program, it is a rare, collector-sought extra-aged rye.
