El Noble is a stirred, spirit-forward cocktail built around Cyrus Noble Kentucky Bourbon. Combine 2 oz Cyrus Noble Bourbon, 1/2 oz creme de menthe, and 2 dashes chocolate bitters, built in a rocks glass over a large ice cube and garnished with a single mint leaf resting atop the ice.
