Dingle Single Pot Still Whiskey in the Park

Dingle Single Pot Still is a triple-distilled Irish whiskey from the Dingle Distillery on the Atlantic coast of County Kerry, made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley in the traditional Irish pot still style. Matured in a mix of ex-bourbon, ex-oloroso, ex-Pedro Ximenez and ex-red wine casks, it is bottled at 46.5% ABV without chill-filtration or added color. Dingle was the first independent Irish distillery in decades to release a single pot still whiskey, and this core expression became a permanent part of its range in 2025.
