Dingle Single Malt Whiskey in the Park

The flagship single malt from Dingle Distillery in Co. Kerry, the first independent Irish whiskey distillery established in over 150 years when it opened in 2012. Distilled entirely from malted barley, it is matured in a marriage of ex-bourbon and sherry casks, including Pedro Ximenez, giving it a layered character. Expect orchard fruit and citrus zest on the nose, leading to caramelized apple, vanilla, and a touch of dried fruit, with a smooth, gently oily finish.
