Cyrus Noble is a small-batch Kentucky straight bourbon with deep San Francisco roots, a heritage brand first established in 1871 and revived by the Haas Brothers, who have held the trademark for over a century. Distilled in small batches from a family mash-bill recipe, it pours a rich, velvety profile of caramel, toasted hazelnut and buttery toffee. Warm cinnamon, dried apple and a hint of maple carry through to a semi-dry, medium-long finish.
