A lightly sparkling, low-ABV tea wine from Taiwan's S.C Lab (Sensitive Creatures Lab), fermented from sugar and infused with wild Tieguanyin oolong and marigold. The result is gently carbonated with roasted, floral and caramel-citrus notes drawn from regional tea farms. Bottled at 7% ABV and best served chilled.
